How Does it Support People with Disabilities?
The Achieve eBay store is an excellent way for our participants to earn money, gain important skills, and increase independence. Our eBay program is entirely run by people with disabilities, which means they do the work of writing descriptions, taking pictures, tracking auctions, and shipping the items to buyers. These many steps in the process lead to a variety of valuable skills that are gained by the people in our program.
Achieve Services is a registered non-profit with the eBay Giving Works program. This means that sellers can avoid steep fees by choosing to donate a percentage of their sale to the programs at Achieve Services. It also means that buyers can choose to increase their purchase price in order for a portion of their payment to go to our programs. If you are an eBay seller or buyer, click here to learn more about how the activity that you already do can support Achieve.
