Bob is a long time Achieve participant who has mostly worked in-house over the years. He hasn’t been involved in a lot of community employment due to some challenges he experiences but our staff, Sue and Scott, who work with our crew at Ceramic Industrial Coatings, wanted to offer him the opportunity to try the job. Bob has done very well at the job site and completed a lot of work!
