Support Achieve this fall

August 28, 2020

Achieve has made some difficult decisions to ensure we keep our community safe and healthy this fall. Our Spring Gala, typically held in April, was postponed with the hope we would be able to gather in person this fall. Unfortunately, we still do not feel like meeting in person is the best option at this…

We Need Your Help

August 3, 2020

Achieve is currently facing the greatest challenge we’ve seen in our 56-year history. With the COVID-19 pandemic and mandated shutdowns, our revenues were zero for April and May and were about 10% of budget in June. With the unique operating restrictions the state has placed on us (3-hr days and no more than 50 people on…

We are sharing this powerful news segment again because it truly captures the important point that there's no one size fits all approach when it comes to disability services. 14c is just one work option available to adults with disabilities. At Achieve, we strongly believe in providing a variety of work options for our participants. Our participants have the choice of working in the community, completing 14c work, and/or engaging in life enrichment programs. We are committed to providing more options, not eliminating options. Help us in preserving 14c and opposing the elimination of it. Visit our website to learn more about 14c and how to help advocate.
