This week our Activity and Life Enrichment Program offered a bunch of activities, including a new exercise club. It was very popular with more than 30 participants joining chair exercises and laughing yoga. Sure sounds like a fun week! 😊

Today, we wore "crazy" or mismatched socks to celebrate World Down Syndrome Day (WDSD). Every year World Down Syndrome Day raises awareness and celebrates the uniqueness of individuals with Down syndrome, as the date (3/21) symbolizes the extra copy of the 21st chromosome that people with Down syndrome have, and chromosomes resemble the shape of socks. 😊
